I want to request a refund
If you have an account:
- Make sure you are logged in.
- Navigate to My Orders on the My Account page, which can be found in the top right of the page header.
- Select the item you want to return and click Return/Refund.
- Complete the form and confirm that you want to request a refund.
If you don’t have an account:
- Navigate to the Orders and Returns section of the footer and select Track orders and returns
- On the Guest Orders and Returns page, enter your last name and email address that you used when you placed your order. Also, enter your complete order ID, including any numbers that follow a hyphen (“ – “)
- Verify that you are not a robot and click Continue
- You will be sent a one-time passcode to your email address
- Enter the one-time passcode
- You will be taken to the Order Details page where you can view information about your order
- Select the item you want that you want to request a refund for and click Return/Refund.
- Complete the form and confirm that you want to request a refund.
