I want to check the status of my order:
If you have an account:
- Make sure you are logged in.
- Click on your name in the top right of the header and select My Orders from the drop-down menu.
- Select View for the item that you wish to track and
- Click the Track Order button to see shipping information.
Note: If your order has not shipped yet, you won’t be able to track your order. You will receive an email when your product has shipped.
If you don’t have an account:
- Navigate to the Orders and Returns section of the footer and select Track orders and returns
- On the Guest Orders and Returns page, enter your last name and email address that you used when you placed your order. Also, enter your complete order ID, including any numbers that follow a hyphen (“ – “)
- Verify that you are not a robot and click Continue
- You will be sent a one-time passcode to your email address
- Enter the one-time passcode
- You will be taken to the Order Details page where you can view information about your order
Note: If your order has not shipped yet, you won’t be able to track your order. You will receive an email when your product has shipped.
